Property Description
Take another look. Kitchen and porch have been completed. New price for this beautiful 1929 Napa home that was lovingly restored after it was moved from its original location in 2002. It was formerly a rectory home where people affiliated with the First Christian Church could stay when they were travelling. The inside was gutted down to the studs and a structural engineer designated locations for the interior plywood shear walls. New plumbing and electrical and insulation were added. Some of the original wood flooring was able to be saved. A new 25 by 25 garage was also added in 2002. All this is nestled on a 9000 square foot lot under beautiful redwood trees and set back 180 feet from 1st Street. Only 3 homes share this private easement.
